Phone Calls from a Saved Search

In response to customer demand, our software engineers at ERP Guru developed a NetSuite configuration that enables users to create a phone call task using the results from a saved search.

Using this tool is simple:

1. Create a Saved Search (for example respondents of a marketing campaign)
2. Configure the parameters of the phone call task
3. Click deploy

Sales representatives can be notified daily, weekly, or even monthly about what phone calls they need to make and to whom.
