Tax Receipt Generator

What is it?

In NetSuite, a “Donation” record is created upon receipt of a charitable donation. Our customization automatically generates a printable PDF of three tax receipts for the donor within NetSuite, requiring no preparatory steps, complete with the company logo and signature.

Why was it created?

A client of ours is a charitable foundation that runs its business with NetSuite. Without our customization, they used a lengthy setup process involving mass-updates before printing any list of receipts.

This meant a lot of wasted time and resources—they had to search their database for donors, manually filter out the people or companies they needed, then print all the receipts and mail them. With our Tax Receipt Generator, users get a downloadable PDF with three copies of the receipt required for tax returns.
