Customizing the Customer Center

Most customers do not use or know about Customer Center.

NetSuite provides a standard role for customers free of charge. The Customer Center role lets customers view their quotes, orders, invoices, and payments. You can even customize this role to adjust the level of permission for certain tasks within the center.
