Nataly Desir – Your Business Analyst Guru

Nataly Desir joined the ERP Guru team only a few months ago, but already her presence has had an immediate effect on both our clients and colleagues. Nataly’s job at ERP Guru is two-fold – her first mandate is to centralize our customer’s requests and dispatch the work to the appropriate consultant, and secondly to follow up on customer’s requests. Nataly’s outgoing nature allows her to be pro-active in knowing where are customers are with NetSuite and to anticipate any upcoming needs they may have. This latter skill requires an innate business sense and in-depth knowledge of what NetSuite can do, something Nataly luckily has and knows.

Nataly came to us from Tecsys Inc. where she was an application specialist for the Elite Series ERP. What drew her to ERP Guru was their work as NetSuite specialists. In Nataly’s view, NetSuite is one of the most complete and efficient business systems, which makes her job as a business analysts that much easier.

Nataly is a graduate of École Polytechnique de Montréal’s software engineering program. While she loves the technical aspect of her job, she never felt drawn to the programming side of engineering. “I’d much rather sit with a client and discuss their needs. I love problem solving for people, not machines!”

When Nataly isn’t problem solving, you can find her on the dance floor tapping out the rhythms of flamenco. She’s also an accomplished soup maker, much to the lunch-time delight of her ERP Guru colleagues!
