Spotlight on SurveyGizmo Integration Add-On

Keeping tabs on how your customers feel and what they expect is of utmost importance, because at the end of the day it is customers who drive business. With this in mind we created an add-on that can help you deliver surveys quickly and easily.

We knew we didn’t want to re-invent the wheel, so we partnered with one of the most popular online survey tools available today – SurveyGizmo. There are many NetSuite users who already take advantage of SurveyGizmo’s easy to use and flexible interface, so it was a logical step for us to create the tool that allowed both these great online services to talk to each other.

The SurveyGizmo Integrator add-on delivers results in three steps. First, create a survey in SurveyGizmo. You will need an account with them to do so. Second, create a Saved Search of recipients in NetSuite, and finally, use our add-on to send the survey! The best part is that the results are viewable in NetSuite and the results attach themselves to the surveyed entities.

When the add-on is installed a Survey tab will be visible in the Marketing Administrator role. Within that tab you are able to select your already-created SurveyGizmo surveys (they are imported automatically for you), send a customizable email to the recipients, and later, see the results, compile reports, saved searches and KPI’s.
