• Set up and enable preferences for sales force automation, describe standard sales lead to quote business process flow;
• Set up and enable preferences for order management, describe standard quote to order process and Fulfillment business process flow;
• Modify standard reports, set up and use saved searches; setup KPIs, trend graphs, meters and scorecards to help managers "slice and dice" data to identify trends, opportunities, or problem areas.
